Play Therapy and Non-Violent Communication

As a therapist, I employ Play Therapy to help children express and process their emotions. Through a safe and supportive environment, I observe their play to gain insights into their inner world and facilitate healing and growth.

I also utilize Non-Violent Communication (NVC) techniques to foster compassionate dialogue. By actively listening and expressing myself non-judgmentally, I create a space for clients to share their feelings and needs openly.

By integrating NVC within Play Therapy, I guide communication, validate experiences, and strengthen the therapeutic alliance. I also teach NVC principles, equipping children with effective communication skills for conflict resolution and healthy relationships.
